Sharing with Japan the Knowledge of Upgrading Your Health, Mind, Lifestyle, and Nutrition through biohacking
Thanks for stopping by.
Born in Canada with a Japanese mother and English father, I grew up eating a “Standard American Diet” or “S.A.D.” diet. This eventually made me unhealthy and fat. In addition, I worked long hard hours as an executive. Finally I became over-stressed and under-slept.
I was trying to lose weight with regular aerobic exercise. Unfortunately I still couldn’t lose the big belly. My university friend (Dr. David Harper, PhD) introduced me to a special diet. I lost close to 15 kg and up to 13% body fat. My mind was clear and I could feel younger again.
I studied microbiology, immunology, physiology, biochemistry and many other “ologies” during my university years. With this base, I started to research deeper into why I was getting better. A whole world of “biohacking” the human body opened up to me the past three years.
I have been studying biohacking to improve mind, diet, lifestyle, recovery, and exercise for over three years. Traveling many times a year to Japan, people there noticed a difference. As a result, I asked many Japanese friends and business colleagues if they would be interested in me sharing this knowledge. I received amazing fascination in my talks about biohacking. Therefore I began the blog site Biohacking Japan.
I will share with you my experiences of my ongoing goal for a better and healthy lifestyle. My goals include maximized health, quality of life and happiness.
